Hello, this is the PASTA team!
Wearing a continuous glucose monitoring sensor and tracking your glucose level around the clock can help you manage it more effectively. But beyond just checking your glucose levels continuously — what else can you do to help you manage your glucose levels more effectively?
Keeping consistent logs of your daily habits while wearing a continuous glucose monitoring sensor makes it easier to understand how your meals, exercise, and sleep affect your glucose levels. When you log your meals, exercise, or sleep in PASTA while wearing a sensor, the app shows you detailed glucose trends related to each activity.
By reviewing the following graphs, you can clearly see:
Which foods cause your glucose levels to rise the most,
How much your glucose levels drop after exercising,
Whether your glucose levels remain stable while you are asleep.
Use these insights to better understand your body and make smarter daily choices!

When you’re wearing a sensor, the Report tab gives you a complete view of your glucose trends over time. You can review your average glucose levels, GMI, time in range, and glucose variability - along with meal cards that analyze your eating patterns.
Simply knowing where your glucose health stands is the first step toward successful glucose management.

With PASTA’s Report tab, you can easily see what’s going well and what needs improvement in your glucose management — so if you’re wearing a sensor, don’t forget to check your report regularly!
That’s the basic routine for managing your glucose levels with wearing a sensor and using PASTA. We will keep doing our best to make it even easier for you to track, understand, and manage all your health data — effortlessly and confidently, every day.
